Sand casting

In our everyday work we use sand moulds which allow for effective production of large-size products as well as those produced in small quantities. Sand casting is also a proven way of making single pieces of a given product, both when it comes to aluminium, brass, as well as copper castings and products made of cast iron.

Apart from the use of sand moulds, we also offer die casting method with the use of special metal moulds (die casting mould). This casting technique allows us to prepare large batches of the product in a relatively short period. Die casting works well in the production of elements weighing up to several kilograms, guaranteeing excellent precision and repeatability of products.
