Die casting

In our foundry we produce castings in die casting technology.

This method allows to achieve high precision and dimensional accuracy. Casting in die casting method is recommended for serial production. The advantage of this method is high repeatability and smooth casting surface.

We make castings using die casting moulds made of aluminium, zinc and copper alloys with a unit weight from 0.1 to 30 kg.

In our company, we do not use any furnace feed obtained from aluminium scrap.
We produce castings only from certified material with a composition according to customer requirements. It is possible to choose an alloy according to PN and DIN. We issue approvals on request.

We make castings with the use of supplied casting equipment, as well as received drawings and patterns. We advise and assist customers in making cores and moulds on their own.
